What does stay-at-home glam look like, how much screen time before my kids turn to zombies, and will the UPS guy be Time Magazine’s person of the year? Clearly, my Amazon purchases of late have been a little influenced by this Stay Home/Stay Safe situation. Here’s what has been coming to my door lately!! Bless Prime delivery!
- HAIR TOWEL: This kitcsh microfiber hair turban makes giving your hair a break from a hairdryer look and feel a little less messy.
- I’m not sure even the best skin care products in the world can compensate for the havoc that stress wreaks on our complexions, but I’m trying this DERMA*E Vitamin C Facial Peel for resurfacing and this Dr. Hauschka Translucent Bronzing Tint to camouflage some of the redness.
- This Arabica Exfoliating Coffee Scrub is on my all time list of favorites for exfoliating the rest of my body so you will see me restock it again and again.
- I know after seeing @thehomescoop model this Hydrogel Collagen Mask on our Late Late Show you are all going to jump on that look.
- Speaking of a huge spike in screen time, now our whole lives seem to revolve around it. It’s our sole window to the broader world at the moment, so I grabbed these SOJOS Blue Light Blocking Glasses with a wire frame and these Clear JIM HALO Blue Light Blocker Glasses to help cut down on the eye strain.
- These beautiful zeroUV – Retro Oversized Square Sunglasses for Women were just calling my name.
- You won’t see me cutting my own bangs or dying my hair purple out of boredom right now but it has been fun to experiment with something a little out of the ordinary! Reggie and I have had some fun with these temporary tattoos and these nail art gems that also work for a little something extra in a makeup look.
Kids being at home all day, like in the summer is one thing. Kids being home all day with an unexpected end to their school year and lot of new homework, no in-person interaction with friends and extended family and any extra-curricular activities cut is another! What are you doing to help reassure and engage your children in positive activities right now? In addition to some extra snuggle time,

- And of course we’re living in our most comfortable clothes. These JIAHONG Kids’ Soft Brushed Fleece Crewneck Sweatshirts for Boys or Girls (3-12Years) are just a perfectly basic essential for the transition weather of Spring. I got them in multiple sizes for my little crew, and this fun graphic sweatshirt for myself.
- This adorable Leopard Print top and short set and this rust colored Jammie set are the easy-dressing wardrobe items we are living in at the moment.
- With so much going on and fewer trips to the grocery store, I haven’t been super strict on the healthy eating, but this Paleo Pancake mix sure does make it easy to not completely ditch the effort
- While thinking about being more prepared for the unexpected, I also added this cool inflatable lantern to my cart. Have any of you tried these?
- Don’t forget to breathe deeply and take your vitamins! (We’re trying this Nutrivein High Absorption Vitamin C to give our immune systems a little boost.) This too shall pass, but in the meantime let’s share with each other some of the little things – not just things you can buy of course – that are making life easier right now.
