While my hair is wet I slather my poor dry, brittle hair in the Wella Oil Reflections which leaves my hair bouncy and light, but extremely hydrated. Then I use the WetBrush comb to get all the follicles going in the same direction and smooth out my style. Then, I typically allow my hair to airdry (overnight) to avoid all the heat damage!
When I wake up in the morn (after school dropoff AND after a lay the baby down for a nap, when I finally have a minute to look at myself in the mirror 😘), I spray my hair down with that beautiful Sebastian Trilliant heat protectant! It’s got glitter in it, so I was immediately sold. Beyond the obvious amazing glitter, this stuff leaves your hair shiny and keeps it safe from heat tools!
I then style my hair with my beloved BaBylissPro Nano Titanium-Plated straightening iron (1 1/4″) that I, no joke, have had for 8 years. I can adjust the temperature to my liking and the titanium never leaves my hair looking kinky or tugs. It also has a longer iron than most straighteners and so I find that it gives me the most fluid looking curls!!
After I finish styling, I apply the Sebastian Microweb Fiber to tame my insane flyaways and give my ends a bit of texture! I have just recently found this product and I am suuuuuch a huge fan!!
This style usually lasts me 4+ days, for reals.
